Bolli.mt is a platform dedicated to showcasing and framing unique Maltese stamp collections, combining artistic framing with the historical significance of Maltese postage.

How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website once it's launched. Browse through our collections, select the stamp and frame of your choice, and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase securely.

Can I customize my order after it's placed?
Once an order is confirmed, customisation options may be limited. However, reach out to our customer support at info@bolli.mt, and we'll make every effort to assist you with your order.

What are the available frame options?
Our frames come in three different sizes and two classic colours: white and black. You have the flexibility to choose the frame size and colour that best complements your space.

What is the expected delivery timeframe?
Due to the detailed craftsmanship and limited initial stock availability, please anticipate delivery within approximately 2 - 4 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us at info@bolli.mt. However, we're actively working to expedite our processes, so your order might arrive sooner than expected.


Do you ship internationally?
At present, we are focusing on serving customers within Malta and Gozo. However, we're working on expanding our shipping services to reach international customers in the near future.


Returns & Assistance

Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. However, at this stage, we do not accept refunds. For cancellation inquiries, please reach out to our customer support team at info@bolli.mt.

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.


Do you manage larger projects, like those involving offices or hotels?
Yes, we accommodate large orders! Please contact us with the following information to receive a tailored quote: Project details, company information, a brief summary of the project, and the selection and number of frames required, including sizes.

Can I request custom prints of specific stamps?
We do not provide custom prints at the moment. However, we value customer feedback. If you have a particular stamp you'd like to see in our collection, please contact us via email or social media. We're always open to suggestions and aim to satisfy our customers' preferences.
